Heart-warming moments... o.O

There are lots of heart-warming moments in the last one week, so im gonna cover all of them. But, not all are these heart-warming moments as im also gonna cover on things that i did. This is probably my most longest post ever, and im not gonna post anymore until the 'O' levels are over.

6th October, Friday
The day when it is the last day at school. All the students are singing the National anthem and the school song at the top of their voices, even me. Mr kowk even dedicated song to us, the sec 4's, which i forgot the title already, lol. Had lessons as usual, and Mr varella brought us to the computer lab, whee! After recess, i also got back my photos, rushing to find my friends to sign my photo, but was unable to find all my friends to do so as i dont have enough time. This is wat u get for not treasuring the times together. After that, went to the sports hall first for a short assembly and to end it all, at the chapel.

I have to thank my teachers, especially Mr kwok to make our lifes so great. If i had the chance, i really want to hear ur stories again. I also want to thk my friends, mostly from 4h and some of my good friends in this sch, han jie, hejun and so on to add colours to my everyday life in this sch. Without u guys, i dont even think i can continue to survive the days of boredom. Had fun together and such.

I want to quote stm from one my friend's blog(not gonna tell u who), "MARISTS! We are currently in Band 6. Many of us are complaining that Maris stella is lousy. But if you realised, we are the ones that make it lousy. Not the school nor the teachers. We have ourselves to blame. If we work hard, we can even achieve Band 1. We CAN! Its because we do not believe we can do it, thats why we cant do it. If we all believe we can, nothing is impossible for us. If you are a Marist and you see this paragraph, i hope you will spread to the rest of your friends. Motivate them, encourage them. We will rise. We will be the top school in Singapore again! We can do it! "

I cant agree more to this paragraph as it is really true. Its not that the sch sucks, its us, the attitude that created to such atmosphere will make us hate this sch. So, im gonna treasure my friendship really well. But, i dont even know wat is band 6 or band 1, oh well, wat matters is just that u have to believe in urself.

9th - 11th October, Monday - Wednesday
Yup, had lessons on these few days. Kept on practising on amths and so on. Some of the lessons are boring though, which occasionally will pop in my ipod and listen to the music as i do the work im assigned to. Still cant forget wat happen on wednesday. I was sitting nxt to hejun and discussing the answers when the whole class heard a high pitch sound, or is it low, i have no idea. But amazingly, the sound was not heard by the teachers, as i remembered that this type of sounds cannot be heard by adults, it was really funny.

Later that day, just found out that han jie was playing the sound, it was quite annoying though. But after that more ppl start to play the ringtone, which i cant stand it anymore and blast my ipod well doing my work, darn. I think my ear drums went burst that day.

The main point is that these lessons are quite helpful, when u dont know how to do any of the question, u can ask ur friend or the teacher in charge for help. Its really useful.

12th October, Thursday
On this day, i still have to go for lessons, starting to get bored though, lol. At the beginning of the lesson, hejun, jing feng, jian rui and i want to zai and go to class to study mths as this lesson was gonna be boring. But somehow, jian rui wants to stay in the AVA theartre to study, so we all like no choice and have to stay for the class.

After sch, went home to change as i was going to go out with my dad, yeah, finally....

So i reached century square by sitting on bus number 58 for 45 minutes and had to travel in a mrt. At first, i want to go and watch "The Departed", but it was M18, darn. Last time, i wished that i was 16 years old so that i can go and watch shows like "huo yuan jia" and "tom-yum-goong". Now i want to be 18 so i can bloody watch this show. In the end, went to watch the "Talladega Nights".

This show is bout some racer who boasts bout his racing, which he was defeated my a french guy, a gay one. In the end, he somehow won and defeat this guy. This show is really funny, i was like rofl when i watch this comedy. But also, this show showed quite a few family values, where u have to treasure ur family and so on, the ending was quite heart-warming though, where he could reunite with his father again after 20 years.

After the show, my father and i rushed back home as it was already 10pm and wanted he to go home as he got work tml. So i felt like today was a really short day, so i started to plan for tml, fri, where i want to go before the ceremony.

13th October, Friday
Dont get spooked by the term friday the 13th. Its normally considered the most unlucky day, but i really cant be bothered with such things. So on this very faithful day, i went to watch "World Trade Centre" at bishan junction 8 at 12pm.

This show is really heart-warming, it shows the real events of the 9/11 attack. It was quite a good show, although the rescue scence was like only 15 minutes out of the 2hrs, it is still worth to watch as it is a valuable show. I also learned to treasure watever things u have now, u will never know when a disaster will strike. Oh ya, i went to watch this show ALONE, really.

After the show, quickly went home to change into my sch uniform as my graduation ceremony starts at around 630pm, and reporting time is 515pm. Which i took a taxi to go there.

Reached the place at 4pm, and started to wander about the sch. At 5 plus, saw my friends already and we started to talk to each other in the classroom, we received a tie from our form teacher. It is a Marist red tie, which looks nice.

At 6pm, we all have to go to the primary sch hall for our ceremony, i have to sit at table 36. The talk started and such, Ambrose had fun lighting by the candle of joshua's as they kept adding paper to make the fire bigger. At around 7pm, went to collect our scroll, which sadly, i never brought it home.

There are performence and videos done by out sch teachers, most of them are memorable and funny too, especially mr koh's keys.... At 8pm, it was dinner time but i didnt went to eat anything as i was busy looking for my friends from other classes.

Firstly, went to take photos with 4h, then went to take pics with teachers, lastly, i went to take pic with my close friends han jie and his "gang", lol. At almost 10pm, i went back home with my mother and orederd macdonalds for dinner, filet was good.

It was really a very memorable night, and heart-warming too, to remb the old days at sch.

Aftermath.....
Yup, after this week, learned quite a few of things.

Firstly, we must treasure watever friendship and family members as we will never know wat disaster might happen.

Secondly, being a Marists rocks, serious.

Lastly, adults cant hear high pitch sounds, haha.

So this is my last post before the "O"s, maybe, so jlau siging off!
